We are in full-on vacation mode. I’m talking pancakes for breakfast, fro-yo for dessert, forget you have work to do kind of vacation mode.
Where did this come from you ask? This little slice of heaven is due to our obligatory 90 day visa requirement; otherwise known as a “save our Visa excursion”. Australia has an interesting policy that requires tourists and other visa holders to leave at least once every 90 days…perhaps to have multiple check points to make sure no one ‘slips through the cracks’. Whatever the purpose, we decided to turn lemons into awesomeness (didn’t see that one coming, did you) and translated this policy into the following:
